Use this worksheet to practice identifying common and proper nouns.
Students will read a set of words. They will colour the common nouns green and the proper nouns orange. Then they will choose one of the proper nouns to complete a series of sentences.
This resource would be great to use as a writing activity or as independent practice after a lesson. Or why not include it as part of your lesson? Project the resource on the interactive whiteboard and work through the worksheet together as a class.
