Make learning about quotation marks more exciting with an Interactive Quotation Marks Punctuation Game!

Quotation Mark Practice Can Be Fun With Interactive Games!

Are you tired of the same old, boring ways that you have your students practice their skills with punctuating dialogue using quotation marks? Are you looking for a way (other than a worksheet) to engage them and provide them with loads of practice? If so, look no further! The Teach Starter team has been hard at work creating new, exciting digital learning activities and interactive games that you can toss into your lesson plans with a single click!

Which of The Following Sentences is Punctuated Correctly?

This engaging, interactive game guides learners through 24 opportunities to practise their skills in identifying sentences with dialogue that use correct punctuation, including commas, quotation marks, and other punctuation marks.

Each question slide requests that students identify which of the three sentences is punctuated correctly, explicitly surrounding the use of quotation marks. Students may see errors in quotation mark location, location of commas in relation to quotation marks, errors in capitalization and more.

This self-checking activity is designed to help students select correct answers. If a student makes a mistake, they are reminded to try again and redirected to the missed question.
